Position Title: Fractional HR Generalist / Consultant

Hourly Rate: 55-80 per hour

Location: On-Site Engagement in Beamsville Ontario

Role Overview:

Our Client requires immediate Fractional HR support to support business transformation, manage payroll processing , and support future payroll integration. This includes an HR audit, change management, employee coaching, recruitment, and. The role will be part-time (up to 30 hours per week) with on-site presence in Beamsville, reporting to a remote manager.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Transformation: 30% of time

Provide HR presence and act as an extension of the HR leadership team. Support health & safety compliance, WSIB, and HR best practices. Review current policies and practices and provide recommendations to VP, HR on areas of opportunity

Payroll & Compliance: 25% of the time

Ensure smooth payroll processing for employees in the assigned pay groups
Identify opportunities to streamline payroll processes for efficiency and improved compliance. Provide recommendations to VP, HR for review and approval
Review HR policies for consistency and compliance.

Immigration & Workforce Support: 20% of time

Assist in immigration efforts for roles as assigned

HR Coaching & Development: 15% of the time

Provide management coaching and HR support to Canadian workforce

Talent Acquisition & Recruiting (As needed)

Provide candidate evaluations and hiring recommendations.
Facilitate quick introductions and testing processes for new hires.
Support Ontario Job Grant applications for employee training programs
