Role Overview
As a Founding Partner / C-Suite Co-Founder, you will play a defining role in shaping the trajectory, architecture, and long-term success of Fractional HR Experts Inc.
This is not a traditional leadership role, it is an ownership position.
You will help build the company from the inside out: shaping strategy, driving market expansion, forming high-value partnerships, and defining how modern fractional HR is delivered at scale.
You will operate at the intersection of strategy, growth, brand, and people systems, ensuring our services remain ahead of market demand while staying deeply human at their core.
You will also act as a visible representative of the firm in the market helping establish Fractional HR Experts as a trusted leader in modern HR transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth & Partnerships
- Identify and secure high-value strategic partnerships aligned with our standards and values
- Build long-term relationships with founders, executives, and organizations undergoing growth transformation
- Shape the company’s partnership ecosystem and expansion strategy
Business & Revenue Development
- Lead top-of-funnel and enterprise growth initiatives across key markets
- Develop scalable strategies for client acquisition and expansion
- Translate market opportunities into sustainable revenue channels
Founder-Level Brand Leadership
- Act as a senior representative and public-facing leader of Fractional HR Experts
- Clearly articulate our positioning in the HR, people, and scaling ecosystem
- Elevate our presence through executive conversations, partnerships, and thought leadership
Market Insight & Thought Leadership
- Monitor and interpret evolving trends in HR, workforce design, and organizational scaling
- Contribute to thought leadership that positions the firm at the forefront of modern HR practice
- Represent the organization in strategic conversations, panels, and industry forums
Internal Alignment & Co-Building
- Collaborate directly with founding leadership to refine strategy, service offerings, and delivery models
- Contribute to building internal systems, frameworks, and scalable methodologies
- Help shape company culture rooted in transparency, performance, and human-centric leadership
What We Are Looking For
Executive / C-Suite Experience
- Background as a CPO, VP People, VP Operations, Head of Talent, or equivalent senior leadership role
- Experience within high-growth, fast-scaling, or venture-backed environments
- Direct involvement in building or scaling teams, revenue, or people infrastructure
Proven Builder Mindset
- Demonstrated success in business development, partnerships, or organizational growth
- Strong understanding of how people strategy connects directly to business performance
- Experience operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Network & Market Presence
- Established relationships within HR, founder, executive, or scaling-company ecosystems
- Ability to open doors and build trust at senior decision-maker level
Leadership & Communication
- Exceptional ability to influence, communicate, and build alignment
- Strong executive presence with credibility in high-stakes conversations
- Ability to translate vision into execution
Entrepreneurial Ownership
- Comfortable operating as a founder, not just an operator
- High tolerance for ambiguity with strong bias toward action
- Motivated by impact, equity, and long-term value creation
