Role Overview:
As a Partnering Co-Founder at Fractional Plus you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's strategic direction and growth.
In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, helping to expand our reach and impact in the HR landscape. Your efforts will focus on building and nurturing relationships with organizations that share our commitment to quality and excellence in HR practices. By establishing these strategic partnerships, you will help us deliver top-notch HR solutions that drive employee satisfaction and business success.
Additionally, you will work alongside our team to refine and enhance our service offerings, ensuring they remain aligned with the evolving needs of our clients and the broader HR industry. Your insights and expertise will guide our approach to innovation and continuous improvement.
As an advocate for our human-centric approach, you will also play a key role in promoting our values of transparency, empathy, and integrity. You will help us create and sustain an environment where employees feel valued and supported, contributing to a positive and enriching experience for all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnerships – Identify, cultivate, and strengthen strategic partnerships with companies that align with our values and quality standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster mutually beneficial collaborations. Your efforts will ensure that we partner with organizations that share our commitment to excellence in HR practices and employee engagement.
Business Development – Drive the expansion of our client base and partner network through strategic business development initiatives. Develop and execute growth strategies that enhance revenue and market presence. By identifying new opportunities and implementing innovative approaches, you will help Fractional Plus reach a broader audience and solidify our position in the HR industry.
Brand Ambassadorship – Represent Fractional Plusas a brand ambassador, effectively communicating our values, mission, and unique value proposition to external partners, industry stakeholders, and potential clients. Your role will be instrumental in differentiating our services and ensuring our message resonates with the right audience.
Thought Leadership – Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and best practices in Fractional HR and employee engagement. Use your expertise to contribute thought leadership content, participate in speaking engagements, and position Fractional Plus as a leader in human-centric HR solutions. Your insights will keep us at the forefront of the industry, driving innovation and credibility.
Team Collaboration – Work closely with the founding team and other key members to align business development efforts with company goals. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Your ability to engage and work effectively with others will be vital to our success, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a CPO, VP of People, VP of operations, or a similar role that has directly worked in the growth and development of a high-sales talent pipeline
- Experience in fast-paced high-growth tech companies or a high-growth
- Proven track record of success in business development, partnership management, or a related field, preferably within the recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition industry.
- A strong network of industry contacts and relationships with potential partner companies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to drive initiatives from conception to execution.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for innovation and creating positive impact.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.

Compensation
$25,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
